Tiny Greens specializes in growing highly nutritious microgreens using safe and sustainable growing practices. We service many of Guam’s hotels, restaurants and have partnered with Farm to Table to serve individual orders.
Microgreens are tender, edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs grown to the cotyledons (seed leaves) or first true leaf stages. In comparison to their mature plant counterparts, microgreens provide approximately five times more vitamins and carotenoids. Microgreens are valued for their high nutritional value, strong flavors, bright colors and interesting texturs as garnishes for salads or entrees.
We work closely with Guam’s chefs to provide the freshest and best quality specialty microgreens possible while staying committed to sustainable and environmental freindly practices on our farm. This includes delivering live trays vs. cut greens and completly eliminating our use of single-use plastics in the products we provide to our customers.
