Locally grown microgreens
Living trays
We prefer to sell microgreens that have not been harvested when delivered to you, so they remain fresh and nutritious. Living trays allow you to cut the greens right before you prepare them, taking advantage of the full benefits of these greens, without loss of nutrition.
Secondly, providing fresh microgreens in live trays eliminates our use of single-use plastics by 100 percent! There are no plastic bags or containers needed to store cut microgreens. Our live trays are fully and properly cleaned then reused for each planting while the soil is returned to the earth for composting.
Sizing
Flat 10 x 20 Tray Full OR 8 individual blocks
You may purchase a full flat of one variety or individual blocks of any variety (8 blocks total), customizing a full flat to be mixed greens.
TRAYS USED IN DELIVERY
The trays we deliver will be left at the restaurant and picked up on the next delivery. Any damaged or lost trays will be charged at $10.00/tray.
FREE DELIVERY
We provide free delivery every Monday and Thursday and operate on regular standing orders. We can usually accommodate changes to the schedule if given 3 days notice.

ORDERS REQUIRE A LEAD TIME OF AT LEAST 10 DAYS.
We are a small family farm committed to providing the highest quality living greens to local chefs and individuals. As a small local business, we don’t have the resources to compete with larger commercial operations but at the same time we provide a higher quality product and put personal care into each and every block of greens. We’re certain you’ll be satisfied with the quality, flavor, and appearance of our microgreens, adding to your magnificent plate presentation.
